Join our supportive and inclusive school community as a Primary School Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting children's academic and social development.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources.
• Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN), where required.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour.
• Supervise children during break times, trips, and activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
• A patient, caring, and supportive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy qualifications (GCSEs or equivalent).
• Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
