Description

• Dispense and provide advice on a wide range of healthcare products.
• Offer exceptional customer service to meet the needs of the local community.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the availability of essential products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members as required.
• Act as a key point of contact for healthcare-related queries.
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm/ Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Requirement to work at least 1 in 4 Saturdays, preferably every other Saturday

Profile

A successful Support Pharmacist should have:

• Relevant qualifications in pharmacy with GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Experience within the retail industry or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
