The Role Will Involve:

• Leading and developing the EYFS provision
• Delivering engaging, creative and child-centred learning experiences
• Supporting and mentoring staff within EYFS
• Working closely with SLT to further enhance the Early Years curriculum

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have strong experience within EYFS
• Be passionate about early childhood development
• Demonstrate strong leadership or leadership potential
• Have a clear understanding of the EYFS framework and best practice
• Be committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment
