Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver!

Magnus Search are looking for a Warehouse Operative/ Forklift Driver. To join a fantastic company based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

This is a Full Time Permanent opportunity where you will be working Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:15pm and Friday 08:00am – 1pm. As a Warehouse Operative/ Forklift Driver you will be required to:

• Manage warehouse operations, workflows, and stock control activities
• Pick, pack, issue, and receive goods for production, sales, and internal use
• Inspect deliveries to ensure quality, accuracy, and correct labelling
• Maintain organised stock locations and carry out stocktakes
• Support workshops with consumables, PPE, and urgent requirements
• Operate forklifts and assist with general warehouse duties
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, solve problems, and prioritise tasks effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, GDPR, and quality standards

To be successful you will need:

• Warehouse experience with good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Confident using computer systems
• Counterbalance forklift licence preferred (Flexi licence desirable) – if you do not have one training will be provided.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player
• To be a UK National only due to the Security Clearance required before commencing the role
