A boutique London law firm specialising in professional indemnity and regulatory matters is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm. This is a key position within a growing specialist practice, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in supporting the continued development and smooth running of the business.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Managing daily office operations and administration
Overseeing compliance and practice procedures
Supporting finance, billing, and HR processes
Coordinating facilities and supplier relationships
Assisting with onboarding and staff support
Helping drive operational efficiency across the firm
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Practice Manager or Office Manager within a law firm
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of legal practice operations and compliance
Proactive and hands-on approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
