Client Relationship Manager – Wealth Management. Based in Cyprus, the UK, Switzerland or Dubai

This is a great opportunity to join an international, multi-wealth-management firm with offices across Europe as a trusted client relationship manager/business development lead.

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining high-

net-worth clients, ensuring a high standard of client service, proper onboarding, and effective

interaction between clients and the Company’s investment platform.


Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with HNW / UHNW clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ financial objectives, capital structure, and
  • expectations.
  • Maintain regular and structured communication throughout the full client lifecycle.
  • Ensure trust, transparency, and consistently high service standards.

Client onboarding and ongoing support

  • Perform initial screening of prospective clients from a reputational and KYC risk perspective.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process together with Compliance and Risk.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements (Cyprus, EU MiFID
  • II).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and CRM records.

Interaction with the investment function

  • Communicate client objectives and investment requests to the investment team.
  • Explain approved investment strategies and decisions prepared by the investment function.
  • Collect and relay structured client feedback to the investment team.
  • Manage client expectations with respect to risks, time horizons, and potential outcomes.

Client experience and service quality

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all client communications and documentation.
  • Handle client requests, questions, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and uniform service principles.
  • Contribute to the development of client service standards and practices.

External and internal coordination

  • Maintain professional relationships with custodian banks, partner banks, and product providers.
  • Interact with internal and, where applicable, outsourced Compliance and Risk functions.
  • Support brand development through professional client engagement.

Performance indicators

  • Quality and compliance of client onboarding.
  • Client retention and relationship longevity.
  • Quality of client feedback.
  • Effectiveness of cooperation with the investment team.
  • Absence of compliance breaches and reputational incidents.


Key skills

  • Experience and education: Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management.
  • Proven track record working with HNW/UHNW clients.
  • University degree in finance, economics, or business.
  • Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management and client advisory principles.
  • Hands-on experience in a regulated EU/MiFID II environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients.
  • Capability to manage complex client communications.
  • Strong collaboration skills with investment and control functions.
  • High ethical standards and strong self-discipline.
  • Calm and resilient approach when working with capital and pressure.
  • Mature judgment and sense of responsibility.
  • Long-term orientation toward client relationships.
  • English fluent.
  • Russian and/or German are a strong advantage.
  • Greek is a bonus.
