Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 basic + car allowance

OTE: £40,000 – £45,000 (with guarantee)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a successful estate agency team in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with valuing experience who is looking to step into a management role, or already operating at this level and keen to progress towards Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales team
• Get involved in negotiations
• Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
• Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the office
• Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met and exceeded
• Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members
• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Contribute to business growth and local market presence

Requirements:

• Proven experience within estate agency, ideally in a senior negotiator, valuer, or management role
• Strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals
• Confident in carrying out property valuations
• Ambitious, target-driven, and commercially aware
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving license
