£55,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established financial planning firm providing holistic advice to private clients. They are known for their high standards of service, strong client relationships, and structured approach to financial planning. The business offers advisers the opportunity to focus on client outcomes while being fully supported operationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic financial planning advice to clients across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Manage and develop an existing client bank
  • Conduct regular client reviews and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Deliver suitable, compliant financial advice in line with regulatory standards
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals and client engagement
  • Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to ensure efficient processing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
  • Support the firm’s overall growth and client service standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma Level 4 in Financial Planning (minimum requirement)
  • CAS status (or working towards / recently achieved)
  • Proven experience as a Financial Adviser in an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Ability to manage and develop client relationships effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A client-focused and compliant approach to advice

Desirable Skills:

  • Chartered status or working towards Chartered Financial Planner status
  • Experience within an established IFA or wealth management firm
  • Strong business development or client retention skills
  • Experience using financial planning tools and platforms
