The firm is undergoing significant positive change internally, including the launch of a new training academy, investment into support functions and a strong focus on improving quality and service delivery across the business.

About the Role

  • Remote-first opportunity with hybrid flexibility available
  • Basic salary up to £68,000
  • Highly lucrative bonus structure for high performers
  • Existing panel work provided with strong workflow available
  • Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy
  • Opportunity to specialise in different workstreams, including new build
  • Bespoke caseload management focused on quality over unrealistic volume
  • Typical caseloads around 60 files depending on complexity and fee values
  • Full support structure including:
  • New business team opening files
  • Post-completion support
  • Business support for admin and phone duties
  • Complex requisition support available
  • Laptop, screens and mobile phone provided
  • 2-day induction programme including overnight hotel stay and engagement events

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Residential Conveyancer able to manage files independently
  • Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing workload autonomously
  • Organised and capable of handling capacity effectively
  • Client-focused with strong communication skills
  • Looking for long-term progression within a growing business
