Job Title: IFA Administrator


Location:Berkswell


Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Salary:

£27,500 – £38,500

About the Company:

A growing, client-focused financial planning firm with a strong team culture and collaborative working environment. The business operates with a pod structure, where administrators, paraplanners, and advisers work closely together to deliver tailored financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing full end-to-end administrative support to advisers and paraplanners
  • Processing new business from application through to completion
  • Managing client records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients
  • Assisting with compliance and ensuring all processes are followed accurately
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience within financial services (IFA, wealth management, or similar)
  • Experience in an administrative or client support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be local and able to commute to a rural office location
Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience supporting financial advisers
  • Understanding of financial planning processes
