The Role

We’re recruiting a Client Services Account Executive to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing campaigns from start to finish. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll handle a busy inbox and inbound calls, work closely with internal teams, and provide reports to support commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main liaison for clients, managing daily communication by phone and email.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service throughout each campaign from start to completion.
  • Manage and prioritise a busy inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with day-to-day admin support.
  • Help prepare client proposals, onboarding materials, and end-of-campaign reports – training given.
  • Use Excel to create reports and provide information.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues quickly, handling queries and helping to retain clients.

About You

This is a busy role which will suit a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key skills and attributes required:

  • Excellent communication skills – phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with data, emails, and documentation.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • At least 1 year of customer service, client-facing or administrative experience
  • Able to confidently use Microsoft Office, especially Excel (ideally pivot tables and lookups – not essential though if you are a quick learner).
