Key Responsibilities – Sales Negotiator

• Registering applicants and understanding buyers’ requirements
• Arranging and conducting residential property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Generating new business opportunities and valuations
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Progressing agreed sales through to completion
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Working towards individual and branch sales targets

Ideal Candidate – Sales Negotiator

• Previous experience within estate agency or property sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Target-driven and motivated to succeed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Local knowledge of Woking or the Surrey property market beneficial
