Job Title: Assembly Operative

Location: Redditch
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: Early starts (6am or 7:30am) 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (overtime available)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Duties:

• Assemble products using engineering drawings
• Use a range of hand and power tools
• Follow quality procedures to ensure high standards
• Work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Skills & Experience:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience beneficial
• Mechanical and electrical assembly knowledge desirable
• Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Flexible and able to prioritise workload
