Production Operative / Assembly Operative

£12.71 per hour | Monday–Thursday | Long-term opportunity

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established UK manufacturing business specialising in storage and racking solutions. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with genuine progression available into Technician-level roles for the right candidates.

Pay & Hours

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Thursday
• 6:00am – 4:30pm
• 30-minute unpaid lunch + 2 x 10-minute paid breaks

The role

This is a hands-on, physically demanding production role working in a busy manufacturing environment. You will be working as part of a team assembling and handling metal components.

Duties include

• Lifting metal components from storage racks
• Assembling and clipping components together
• Manual handling (team lifts for items over 15kg)
• Standing for long periods and repetitive work
• Working closely with a colleague at all times
• Following strict health & safety procedures
