Mental Health Case Worker Temp to Perm opportunity Rhondda Cynon Taf
BRC are recruiting for a Case Worker to join a supported accommodation service in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area (Llwynypia).
This service provides 24-hour support to adults with complex needs, including mental health challenges and tenancy-related support. As a Mental Health Case Worker, your aim is to assist individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to move on to independent living. Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one support to residents with complex needs
Supporting individuals to manage their tenancy and daily living skills
Completing support plans, risk assessments, and case notes
Promoting independence and positive outcomes
Working independently in a lone working environment
Shift Pattern:
24 hour sleep in shifts (08:00 – 23:00 (sleep)- 08:30)
Includes weekends and bank holidays
Key skills
Previous experience within supported housing or related services
Strong understanding of complex needs
Ability to work independently and confidently as a lone worker
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
