Join a friendly, fast-growing customer service team supporting customers across email, live chat, phone, and in-person. You’ll provide clear, helpful advice on our product range, resolve queries quickly, and deliver a high-quality service every time. Full training provided.


  • Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week
  • Shifts: 8 hours per day, mix of early and late shifts, weekends inc.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer enquiries across digital channels and occasionally by phone/in person
  • Provide accurate information and great service
  • Log interactions using internal systems
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team


What You’ll Need

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence using IT systems
  • A positive, customer-first attitude
  • Customer service experience is a bonus
