We're recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a well-established and much-loved local brand producing premium ice cream supplied across the UK, based in Lymington, Hampsire

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficently
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Update and maintain internal systems and records
  • Assist with general office and coordination tasks
  • This is a varied, fast-paced role where organisation and attention to detail are key.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills (phone & email)
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
