You’ll Be Doing as a Service Charge Accountant (Team Lead)

• Coordinate year-end statements and manage the external audit process.
• Ensure annual budgets are precise and correctly uploaded.
• Oversee invoicing for service charges, ground rents, and fees.
• Manage utility recharges, insurance allocations, and tax administration.
• Maintain financial compliance across the residential portfolio as a Team Leader.
• Managing a small team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous accounting experience within the residential sector.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel; Qube experience is an advantage.
• High level of numerical accuracy and analytical ability.
• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across different departments and helping to support a small team.
