We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and who possesses exceptional people skills. Applicants should have strong administrative abilities and remain calm in a very busy environment. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients with different needs is essential.
You will be part of our Office Support Team, providing all-round administrative assistance and day-to-day reception services.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Answering phone calls
• Acting as the first point of contact for Members and Visitors
• Responding to emails and directing enquiries to the appropriate person
• Organising filing systems and updating digital records
• Ordering office supplies and purchasing goods for each team
• Processing receipts and basic expense records
• Assisting with basic HR tasks
Skills Required
• Experience providing high-quality administrative support in a busy environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people
• Confidence working both collaboratively within a team and independently
• A good level of Maths and English (verbal and written)
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your time and
handle changing or conflicting demands
• A keen interest in personal and professional development
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively under pressure
• A positive “can-do” attitude
• Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Word/Excel
• Accounting or booking keeper experience would be of an advantage
Working Hours
15-20 hours per week + additional hours to cover holidays
