Finance Assistant (30hours) This is a hands-on, varied position where you'll play a key role in the day-to-day finance operations while also supporting the wider team when needed.
You'll be joining a fast-paced environment, so organisation, flexibility, and a proactive approach are essential.
- Hours: 30 hours per week (weekday working)
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities - Processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Completing bank reconciliations and accurate data entry
- Assisting with payroll and finance reporting
- Maintaining organised and compliant financial records
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Supporting operational tasks including stock and deliveries when required
About You We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and happy to take a hands-on approach:
- Previous experience in a finance / accounts assistant role (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office systems
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support across the business
- Physically capable of occasional manual tasks (incl. lifting)
- Strong communication and time management skills
