Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring assignments are delivered to a high standard and on time
• Planning, executing and reviewing audit engagements across a range of sectors and business sizes
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Supervising and mentoring junior and semi-senior members of the team
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Liaising with partners on complex technical matters and contributing to business development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with current accounting and auditing standards

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing audit and accounts assignments, ideally at manager or assistant manager level
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and auditing standards
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering quality
