Location: Beaconsfield (Hybrid – minimum 50% office-based)

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

The Role

You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Refinance and equity release transactions
• New builds and shared ownership properties
• Acting for clients throughout the transaction process from instruction to completion

You’ll work closely with fee earners and support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service, maintaining strong client relationships throughout.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience
• Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
• Confident in client-facing situations and building relationships
• IT literate and comfortable with case management systems
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently within a collaborative team
