Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bootle (L20 / L30)

We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join our energetic high schools in Bootle. If you have experience working with children in any setting-whether that's schools, colleges, sports coaching, youth work, drama clubs, or even tutoring-we would love to speak to you!

Must Haves:

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK.

Key Duties:

• Supporting the subject teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly and students stay on task.
• Helping students understand instructions and complete their classwork across different subjects.
• Working with small groups of pupils to improve their confidence in core subjects.
• Assisting with classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
• Helping with administrative tasks like preparing resources or organising displays.
• Acting as a positive role model and helping students stay motivated throughout the day.
• Encouraging students to participate in class discussions and peer activities.
