We are a UK-based start-up developing a brand in kitchen appliances and pet supplies, with plans for international expansion. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager who wants to build and make a real commercial impact to lead sales development and support local market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for investigating, researching and analysing market needs; formulating detailed sales plans and policies; reporting sales performance to the Hong Kong Sales Manager
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Expand the company’s business in the local market and develop new markets
  • Formulate sales plans
  • Assist sales staff in solving difficult problems and achieving monthly targets
  • Assign work to sales staff
  • Provide good in-sales and after-sales services, and properly handle all issues raised by customers, etc.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing, brand and product management, business development, or a related field
  • Experience working with distributors, wholesalers and retailers
  • Knowledge and experience in pet supplies and/or kitchen appliances markets
  • Experience in e-commerce and social media sales/marketing (TikTok, Amazon)
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with online marketing tools (Instagram or Facebook)
  • Knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
  • Existing industry contacts
