Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead global institutional fundraising across infrastructure and related real assets strategies
  • Originate, develop, and manage relationships with pension funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, consultants, and other large institutional allocators
  • Drive capital raising across closed-ended funds, listed vehicles, and co-investment opportunities
  • Define and execute the fundraising strategy in partnership with the executive committee and investment leadership
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the firm, representing the platform with investors, consultants, and at industry events
  • Oversee and mentor junior fundraising and IR professionals as the team scales
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and fund structuring


Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in institutional fundraising / capital formation within infrastructure, real assets, or private markets
  • Senior leadership background, likely at MD / Partner / Head of Capital Raising level
  • Demonstrable track record of raising significant capital from UK, European, and/or global institutions
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure strategies (e.g. renewable energy, energy transition, core/core+ infra, yield vehicles)
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Credible, commercial, and highly relationship-driven with gravitas at CIO / IC level
  • Based in, or willing to be based in, London
