The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—supporting sales activity, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering excellent service to healthcare professionals and customers. It’s a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone organised, proactive, and personable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Preparing accurate quotations
• Maintaining customer records and databases
• Supporting the sales team with admin, scheduling, and reporting
• Coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers
• Managing stock and placing orders
• Assisting with marketing materials and communications
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, including our German head office

About You

• Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus)
• Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team
• An interest in healthcare is helpful, but not essential
