Graduate Marketing Executive

Fixed Term Contract | Full Year | 40 hours per week | Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 | Start: ASAP | Closing Date: Friday, 1 May 2026 at 9am

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic marketing graduate to join the team and support the delivery of high-quality campaigns, content and events. This is an ideal first role after university for someone keen to gain broad, hands-on experience across digital marketing, communications and brand activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and schedule content for social media, email and website channels.
• Write and edit marketing copy for weekly newsletter, brochures and promotional materials.
• Keep the website accurate, engaging and up to date.
• Support events, open days and other marketing activity.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple engagement reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across communications and materials.
• Carry out market and competitor research to inform planning.
• Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
• Maintain confidentiality in relation to the School and all aspects of work placement.
• To take care of the Health and Safety of yourself and other people.

About You:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Media or a related subject.
• Previous internship, placement or student marketing experience is desirable.
• Strong writing, communication and organisational skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
• Interest in digital marketing, content creation and brand communications.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and common digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of a variety of social media platforms.
• Ability to work as part of a team and a flexible attitude to work.
