Inizio is partnering with a global medical device organisation to recruit a Territory Manager on a permanent basis within their Maternal & Child Health division.

The Role

This is a permanent, field-based position covering the Midlands. The role sits at the crossing of clinical education and commercial delivery, with a strong focus on supporting healthcare professionals and driving product adoption.

You will:

• Own and develop your territory, managing both new and existing accounts
• Drive product adoption across hospitals and maternity units
• Deliver hands-on clinical education and training
• Build strong relationships with midwives, OB/GYNs, and key stakeholders
• Support early-stage market development and awareness

About You

• Clinical background ideally registered nurse
• Experience delivering clinical education or training
• Commercial mindset with an interest in sales
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
