The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
• Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff
• Help maintain a calm and structured classroom environment

You’ll play a key role in helping students feel supported and ready to learn.
