We’re working with a growing and well-established financial services organisation that is looking to bring in an Operations Support Administrator Apprentice to join their collaborative operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of operational and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases
  • Produce reports and assist with data analysis tasks
  • Help improve systems, workflows, and operational processes
  • Support testing and implementation of system enhancements
  • Assist with project work focused on improving efficiency and client service
  • Provide general support across the wider operations function
