Prospero Teaching are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist or mainstream setting in Chelmsford, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing.
The school is looking for an adaptable, empathetic teacher with strong behaviour management, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.

Full time/part-time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - £150-£220 per day
Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience working with pupils with SEN (ASC, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or complex needs)
Strong understanding of differentiation and personalised learning
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable)
Experience using strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Provide two professional child-related references
