Salary £32,000 per annum

• to plan workloads/jobs, liaise with engineers and management team. Also ensuring operatives are advised of logistics in a timely manner.
  
  • Allocating labour to jobs
  • Ensuring all details for inductions are sent
  • Ensure correct information prior to deliveries 
  • Work with engineers to obtain information on new contracts
• ensure the site work diary is up to date
• act as a first point of contact for engineers and the team: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• ensure efficient running of the daily workload. 
• maintain & support mobiles & landlines phones
