We’re Hiring – Operations Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional with a strong background in time-critical freight and live event logistics. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex logistics operations and ensuring high-profile projects run smoothly from planning through to execution.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: £45,000

The Role

• Managing time-critical freight operations
• Overseeing live event and logistics projects
• Coordinating road, air, and sea transport solutions
• Leading and supporting internal operations teams
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring seamless delivery of time-sensitive logistics movements

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience within time-critical freight operations
• Strong background in events
• Multi-modal logistics knowledge and operational capability
• Previous leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly
