Combi / Side Loader Forklift Driver (Temp to perm)

Location: Birmingham 
Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–5:15pm (45 min break – 9 hours worked)
• Friday: One Friday every 3–4 weeks (7:15am–4:00pm)
• Rate: £13.00–£15.00 per hour DOE

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Combi / Side Loader Forklift Driver to support warehouse and production operations within a timber manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safely handling long and bulky materials in narrow aisles and yard areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Combi Lift / Side Loader forklifts
• Moving long timber stock and materials safely
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Supplying production and machining departments
• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
• Supporting yard and warehouse duties as required

Essential Requirements

• Valid Combi or Side Loader FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)
• Proven experience handling long or heavy loads
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach
