We are looking for a proactive and organised Programme Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our Boeing 767 account within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production planning, aerospace operations, customer support or manufacturing coordination who enjoys working across teams to keep programmes running smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in supporting delivery schedules, customer communication and operational performance while gaining exposure to major aerospace manufacturing processes and programme activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Boeing 767 customer account
  • Assisting with programme delivery to ensure quality, cost and schedule targets are achieved
  • Preparing programme update reports for internal teams and customers
  • Helping manage despatch schedules and production priorities
  • Monitoring and updating QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) metrics
  • Liaising with production, supply chain, quality and customer teams
  • Supporting customer demand planning and schedule updates
  • Assisting with programme recovery activities when required
  • Creating and maintaining visual KPI and performance tracking data
  • Supporting continuous improvement and operational development projects
  • Working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and eager to develop within the aerospace sector.

You may have experience in aerospace, automotive, engineering or manufacturing environments and will ideally possess:

  • Understanding of production or manufacturing processes
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience working within a team-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Customer-focused mindset with good commercial awareness
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems or production planning tools
  • Awareness of:
  • Lead time analysis
  • Capacity planning
  • Production scheduling
  • Delivery coordination
