About the role

• The Legal Secretary – Residential Conveyancing will play a key role in supporting a busy conveyancing team
• Ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion
• Key duties include:
  • Audio typing and document production
  • Handling inbound and outbound client calls
  • Maintaining and updating client files
  • Preparing legal correspondence and documents
  • Diary management and arranging appointments
  • Using Proclaim case management system
  • Opening and closing client files
  • Carrying out property searches
  • Supporting exchange and completion processes

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary – Residential Conveyancing is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of exchange and completion processes
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• High attention to detail and organisation
• Proactive, reliable, and discreet approach
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Strong graduates with excellent typing skills may be considered
