£35,000–£45,000 base salary

The role

You will join as an Associate or Senior Associate, depending on experience.

Your focus will be on delivering high-value mandates alongside senior consultants.

You will:

• Run recruitment processes from start to finish
• Engage senior candidates across infrastructure, energy, and investment markets
• Manage detailed and often complex interview processes
• Maintain a professional candidate and client experience
• Build real market knowledge and advisory capability

Progression and earnings

• Associate base salary from £35,000
• Senior Associate base salary from £45,000
• VP level from £65,000–£70,000
• Commission up to 40%
• Discretionary annual top-up bonus

Recent performance shows the potential. A Senior Associate earned over £100,000 total within their first year in the business.
