Delivery Consultant

Talent Chief Ltd

An Exciting Opportunity to join a fast-rising defence recruitment company!

Talent Chief Ltd is partnering with an exciting, fast-growing recruitment business looking to hire an experienced Delivery Consultant to join their expanding Defence division.

This is an opportunity to join a modern agency that’s focused on changing the way recruitment is done — moving away from outdated KPIs and transactional recruitment, and building a business centred around quality, relationships, and long-term success.

Led by a Director with over 20 years of industry experience, the business is growing quickly and already has a dedicated Business Development function generating and managing new client relationships — allowing the delivery team to focus on what they do best: finding and engaging exceptional talent.

What’s On Offer?

  • Brilliant commission structure with uncapped earning potential
  • Strong flow of live vacancies and incoming client demand
  • Supportive, ambitious, and genuinely fun team culture
  • Predominantly remote working from the outset
  • Clear progression opportunities as the business grows
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of the company

The Role

This is a Delivery Consultant role focused within the Defence sector, ideal for someone who enjoys candidate management, sourcing, and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes without the pressure of full 360 business development.

You’ll work closely with the Business Development and leadership teams to deliver recruitment projects across technical and engineering markets, building strong candidate relationships and becoming a true market specialist.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality Defence talent
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate networks
  • Managing interview processes and candidate experience
  • Partnering closely with account and business development colleagues
  • Delivering a consultative, high-quality recruitment service

What They’re Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience within Defence, Engineering, Technical, or another specialist market
  • Experience in delivery, resourcing, or full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Someone excited by joining a business at an early growth stage

The business operates with a remote-first approach, and while the main office is based in Newcastle, the expectation is that the role will be predominantly remote initially, with flexibility and occasional collaboration as the team continues to grow.
