Case Recording and Systems Management Business Support Officer

  • Create new contacts and episodes on LAS electronic system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Upload safeguarding documentation, referrals, and supporting evidence onto LAS, ensuring records are complete, clear, and contemporaneous.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records, ensuring data quality, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR and information governance standards.
  • Monitor case progress and update records to support safeguarding workflows and audits.

Administrative and Operational Support Business Support Officer

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Safeguarding Team, including managing e-mail inboxes, logging referrals, tracking outcomes, and organising meetings.
  • Maintain safeguarding spreadsheets, waiting lists, and backlog trackers, ensuring data is kept up to date and reliable.
  • Support the preparation of safeguarding reports, data returns, and performance information as required, via MS Office.

Communication and Liaison Business Support Officer

  • Act as a first point of contact for safeguarding enquiries from internal teams and external partner agencies.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with health, social care, and partner organisations regarding safeguarding matters.
  • Escalate concerns where information is incomplete, unclear, or indicates potential safeguarding risk.
