Patrons Officer, London Arts and Cultural organisation, temp role for 6 to 8 weeks initially, £17.45 per hour plus holiday pay

Leading cultural organisation needs Patrons Officer for varied temp role supporting the head of Individual Giving and Collections. This is a rewarding role requiring the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the onboarding of new Patrons to the schemes
• Processing payments and logging income in liaison with the Development Operations team
• Coordinating welcome packs
• Drafting correspondence to be sent by managers
• Supporting the administration for monthly renewal requests to existing Patrons
• Pulling data monthly on forthcoming renewals
• Coordinating appropriate correspondence for payment methods
• Supporting the process of personalising letter templates
• Tracking responses and compiling reports for manager follow-up
• Processing payments and logging income and actions on CRM databases
• Liaising with the Development Operations team to ensure accurate reporting
• Drafting acknowledgement correspondence
• Administering procedure of activating/reactivating digital cards plus physical Patron pass cards
• Help Major Gifts by carrying out top line research on potential donors
• Complete updates to Raiser’s Edge as required

This is a great opportunity for a first class Administrator with confident CRM, Raiser’s Edge and Admin skills
