Our client, a global family owned business based in Taplow, is looking for a bright, detail orientated and proactive individual to join their team.

This is a really varied role where you will be at the heart of the operation - dealing with enquiries, liaising with the warehouse and clients, raising orders, putting quotes together and co-ordinating daily shipping consignments.

The role is office based Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm) and is offering a competitive salary with generous benefits and an end of year bonus based on company performance.

Due to location, the successful candidate must drive and have their own car.

Duties include

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and deal with arising queries
• Maintain the shared email inbox
• Communicate with the warehouse regarding daily orders
• Communicate with customers and sales personnel to coordinate the despatch and invoice of all customer orders efficiently
• Raise Spare Part Quotations and issue to customers
• Raising daily shipping consignments on our shipping portal
• Maintenance of stock movements, stock returns and quarterly stock checks
• Chase Proforma invoices weekly
• Update and reference the CRM system
• Maintaining and overseeing all customers on monthly consignments

Skills

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Have strong written and spoken communication skills
• Must work well within a team and be able to multitask
• Remain calm under pressure and prioritise personal workload
• Attention to detail
