If so, this could be a brilliant next step. We’re supporting a Southam-based business seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their friendly, collaborative finance department. This is a permanent, office-based role offering stability, development, and a great benefits package.
So what would you be doing? – Raising and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time – Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts – Chasing outstanding debt and managing the aged debtor report – Investigating and resolving customer queries promptly – Preparing statements and sending regular account updates – Supporting month-end processes and reporting – Maintaining organised financial records and documentation – Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication

But what experience do you need? – Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role (At least 5 years) – Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail – Confident communication skills when dealing with customers and colleagues – Ability to work proactively and manage your own workload – Comfortable using finance systems and Excel – A positive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
