This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, developing market share, and leading a successful team of negotiators. With a strong brand presence already in place, they’re looking for someone who can elevate performance and unlock new business opportunities.

THE ROLE

You’ll be at the forefront of branch performance, combining leadership with hands-on sales activity:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 4 sales negotiators to exceed targets
• Drive new business generation through valuations, instructions, and local networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and local stakeholders
• Maximise revenue streams including mortgages, legal services, and referrals
• Conduct market appraisals, viewings, and negotiations when required
• Ensure compliance, legislation, and processes are consistently met
• Analyse and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth

ABOUT YOU

• Proven track record in estate agency, ideally within a leadership role in sales
• Strong sales ability with a focus on winning instructions and growing pipeline
• Commercially minded with a passion for driving revenue
• Confident leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of property legislation and compliance
• Proactive, resilient, and target-driven

AND FOR YOU

• £30,000 – £35,000 basic with OTE of £60,000 – £65,000
• Clear progression opportunities within a multi-branch agency
• Ongoing training and development
• Supportive and collaborative team culture
• Full-time hours (Monday–Friday with alternate Saturdays)
