A renowned Health and Life Sciences Consultancy in Central London is seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support their MD in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, collaborative, and social team where no two days are the same. Ideal for an experienced EA from health and life sciences, pharma, healthcare looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex and constantly changing diaries with precision
• Arrange client meetings and support business development activities
• Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, and day-to-day scheduling
• Prepare and proofread presentations, pitch documents, and client materials
• Organise business events and international travel arrangements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate CRM records and systems
• Support the coordination and delivery of client projects
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3+ years’ EA experience within a client-facing environment (pharma, health and life sciences preferred)
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
