A highly regarded boutique wealth management firm in Brighton is looking for a Diploma-qualified Junior Wealth Planner to join their close-knit advisory team — and take the next significant step in their career.

This is an ideal move for an experienced paraplanner who is ready to transition into a client-facing role, with a genuine and structured pathway toward becoming a Senior Wealth Planner over time.

You will be working alongside experienced senior advisers in a collaborative, ethical, and supportive environment — with access to a well-established HNW client base from the outset.

The Role

  • Support the delivery of holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning
  • Attend client meetings and progressively take on greater advisory responsibility over time
  • Apply your technical knowledge to research suitable solutions and produce high-quality suitability reports
  • Work closely with senior advisers and support teams to ensure outstanding client outcomes throughout

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum
  • Solid paraplanning experience gained within an IFA or financial planning environment
  • Genuine ambition to step into a full advisory role and build your own client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first approach in everything you do
