The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful lettings team in the Ingleby area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a thriving branch, managing a portfolio of properties while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing available properties effectively across relevant platforms
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Managing applicant enquiries and obtaining feedback
• Referencing prospective tenants
• Coordinating tenancy agreements and move-ins
• Managing an existing property portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
• Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio

About You

• Minimum of 2 years’ lettings experience
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and processes
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Working Environment

You will be based in a busy branch environment, working closely with both lettings and sales teams. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
