We are currently recruiting for a Cargo Agent Imports & Export to join a fast-paced and dynamic cargo operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling import and export cargo documentation accurately and efficiently
• Processing AWBs, customs paperwork, and manifests
• Liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and warehouse teams
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, customs regulations, and security requirements
• Monitoring cargo movements and resolving discrepancies
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or import/export operations
• Good understanding of customs procedures and cargo documentation
• Strong IT skills and confidence using cargo management systems
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
