The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, generating new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants across Kensington & Chelsea, Belgravia, and Westminster.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Conduct property viewings and market appraisals professionally and efficiently
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
- Qualify landlords and applicants to maximise business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generate new business opportunities across the local lettings market
- Work closely with the lettings team to achieve branch and personal targets

- Previous experience within residential lettings essential
- Proven success within a fast-paced lettings environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to generate and win new business opportunities
- Organised and efficient approach to workload management
- Positive, resilient, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster areas advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred and multilingual skills beneficial
