The business is looking for a proven leader from a financial planning or wealth management background who thrives on driving adviser performance, building high-performing teams, developing revenue growth strategies, and creating a culture where elite advisers can flourish.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a charismatic leader with the energy, gravitas, and commercial instinct to transform potential into performance.
