Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting on a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing matters.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as leases, contracts, and completion statements.
• Conducting legal research and carrying out property searches.
• Supporting with due diligence processes and preparing transaction reports.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
• Managing files and ensuring case management systems are kept up to date.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Conveyancing
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and third parties.
• Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
